Dump Tanks are used for dumping milk cans or milk filled vessels. They are either used in connection with Conveying Systems or individually were only small chilling centers or bulk milk cooling centers in villages are situated.
They can be of any design suitable, based on the capacity requirement of customers. Above we have shown two type of designs of dump tanks with differing capacities.
Weigh Bowl are used in connection with Dump Tank. Mostly used in dairy industries doing continuous milk processing. Milk if first poured in this weigh bowl and from it, it passes to the dump tank and further to the required processing section.
As the name itself suggests Weigh Bowl are used for knowing the weight of milk poured for a particular lot of cans or vessels of either village or area. Electronic weighing scale has to be used in conjunction to weigh bowl for accurate measurement.
