Manufactured especially for dairy industries who uses hot water generation system for using hot water. In order to maintatin the temperature of Detergent-rinse section only, crate washer is insulated by glass wool, duly cladded on top surface, detergent - rinse sump tank and discharge pressure filter. Mechanical crate tilting arrangement delivers the crate in upright position by the pushing effect of the crates coming through the conveyor of crate washer. Crate tilting arrangement is placed directly over the outgoing crate conveyor track frame and requires no separate foundation and can be removed whenever required with no more dismantling. Complete arrangement can be dimantled very easily by simply lifting it.
