It is used for conveying Filled/Empty Cans or Crates. Slope of Conveyor varies depending upon Layout. It can be either of SS 304 construction or M.S./G.I. construction. In case of Crates, Generally the Gravity Roller Conveyors are placed near or inside Cold Store, from where they can be easily unhooked from the forecoming conveyor or slided off due to provision of wheels instead of ball feets. Also in some cases to keep the conveyor as they are hinged type joints are made to close the hatch door of cold store, without disturbing conveyor's position.
