New design results in lesser steam, & water consumption, with no compromise in washing efficiency of Cans. Complete Hygienic conditions met by perfect cleaning of Cans/Lids.
Automatic Tilting Device, placed at the End of the Equipment Delivers Cans in Upright Position directly on to the Outgoing Can Conveyor.
Design is such that any 40 Ltr. Can of Aluminium, Plastis or SS construction can be washed efficiently.
Individual Lids are placed Automatically over their Respective Cans by the Mechanical Arrangement Placed outside the Equipment ( provided the system is well maintained and Layout suggests of this type of Arrangement ).
Temperature of sections are totally controlled by Pneumatic Air Control Valve with its solenoid valves, which results in lesser steam consumption.
The Equipment can also be used for washing Drums/Barrels suited for some Pharmaceutical/Food and Beverage Industries with minor modifications.
